PicoColor - Solution

You might experience some of these issues – but don’t worry, we’ve got simple solutions for you!

Issue 1: Image too small or too much white space

Reason: The logo image you uploaded is either too small or has excessive white space. This confuses our algorithm when trying to detect the dominant color of your logo.

Issue 2: Multiple base/background colors

Reason: Your logo has 2–3 main colors or strong background interference. Our system is designed to extract one dominant color that stands out clearly.

Issue 3: Background color being selected

Reason: Sometimes, a background color is picked as the base. This is because the algorithm detects the most consistent and visible color by pixel size or image area.

3 Issues to 1 Solution (Most users already know this!)

Step 1: Click the "Base Color" button

Step 2: Use the pen icon to adjust freely

You can enter a custom hex color or pick one directly from your image.

Step 3: Hover and click the area of the logo you want as the base color

Step 4: Bingo! 🎉

You've successfully selected your base color, and PicoColor will generate the perfect matching palette for you!

If you're not happy with the result, just repeat the steps — it only takes a few clicks.
